1. School Timings

  • LKG & UKG: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM

  • Classes 1 to 10: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Parents are requested to ensure children arrive on time and are picked up promptly.

2. Attendance & Leave Policy

  • A minimum of 85% attendance is required for academic progress.

  • Leave requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Absence during examinations should be avoided unless for medical reasons.

3. Uniform & Dress Code

  • Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days.

  • Sports uniform is to be worn on designated days.

  • Clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance is expected.

4. Communication with School

  • We encourage parents to maintain open communication with teachers.

  • Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are held periodically.

  • Urgent concerns can be addressed through the school office during working hours.

5. Academics & Homework

  • Parents are requested to check the diary regularly for homework and notices.

  • Encourage daily study habits and assist children in completing assignments.

  • Avoid doing the work for them—guide instead.

6. Discipline & Behaviour

  • We expect students to maintain respect, courtesy, and discipline.

  • Bullying, use of foul language, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Parents will be informed of any serious misconduct.

7. Health & Safety

  • Notify the school about any medical conditions or allergies.

  • Students must not bring sharp objects, electronic gadgets, or valuables.

  • First aid is available on campus; serious cases will be referred to a doctor.

8. Fees & Payments

  • Fees must be paid within the stipulated time.

  • Late payments may attract a fine.

  • Fee structure details are available at the school office.

9. Co-Curricular & Extracurricular Activities

  • Encourage your child to participate in sports, cultural events, and competitions.

  • Support the development of skills beyond academics.

10. Parental Involvement

  • Volunteer for school events where possible.
