To ensure fairness, transparency, and smooth functioning of the admission process, parents and applicants are requested to follow the guidelines below:
1. Eligibility
Admissions are open from LKG to Class 10 (subject to seat availability).
Minimum age for LKG admission: 3 years 6 months as of 1st June of the academic year.
Class placement will be based on age, previous academic records, and entrance assessment (if applicable).
2. Application Process
Admission forms are available at the school office during working hours or on the school’s official website (if applicable).
The form must be filled in completely and submitted before the due date along with required documents.
3. Documents Required
Birth Certificate (original & photocopy)
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (for Class 2 and above)
Previous year’s report card/marks sheet (if applicable)
4 passport-size photographs of the student
Aadhaar card copy of student and parents
Address proof of parents/guardian
4. Selection Criteria
LKG & UKG: Based on age and interaction with parents.
Class 1 and above: Based on previous academic performance and/or entrance assessment.
Decision of the Principal/Management will be final.
5. Admission Confirmation
Admission will be confirmed only after:
Verification of documents
Successful interaction/assessment (if applicable)
Payment of admission and first-term fees
Incomplete applications will be rejected.
6. Fee Payment Rules
All fees must be paid within the given deadline to secure the seat.
Admission/registration fees are non-refundable.
Late fee payments may incur a penalty as per school policy.
7. Code of Conduct for New Admissions
Students and parents must agree to follow the School’s General Rules & Regulations.
Misrepresentation of facts or submission of false documents will lead to cancellation of admission.
8. Special Notes
The school reserves the right to amend admission policies without prior notice.
Admission does not guarantee automatic promotion to higher classes—promotion depends on academic performance and conduct.
